Q) Do You Ship Internationally? 

A) At this stage we only ship to mainland United States (Including Alaska & Hawaii).

Q) How long will it take to receive my order?

A) We aim to ship your order as fast and possible as we know fast shipping is important to you. Shipping times will generally be between 2 - 5 business day depending on where you're located, these are guidelines only and can't be guaranteed to to factors outside of our control. We CANNOT guarantee shipping times but if you need to receive your order fast (for birthdays, Christmas, etc) please contact customer support (support@justbabybliss.com) and we may be able to arrange express shipping for an additional fee.

Q) I've placed my order but haven't received it yet, can i make changes to it?

A) In this situation please sent us an email asap (support@justbabybliss.com) and if your order hasnt shipped yet we can make changes. If we're too late and your order has shipped we''ll need you to ship your order back to our warehouse once it arrives at your front door, you'll need to cover return postage fees. Once we've received the unopened, undamaged returned product we can exchange your order for something else, issue you with a store credit or a refund.

Q) What if my item is faulty or damaged?

A) Whilst we make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality, occasionally faulty or damaged products can make it past out quality and assurance team (damage may also occur during shipping). If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer support team at support@justbabybliss.com, we may need you to provide some photos of the item and the damaged/faulty area of it (for insurance purposes and to prevent fraud) and once we can verify that the product was faulty/damaged we can organise to send you a replacement product or a refund. Please ensure you contact us immediately after receiving your damaged order, if we do hear from you within 30 days after receiving your order we will assume that your order was undamaged when you received it and therefore not eligible for a refund.

Q) How can i see where my order is? 

A) If you haven't been provided with a tracking number please contact 'support@justbabybliss.com' with your order number and we'll give you an update on it.

Q) Will all my items arrive together at the same time?

A) It depends, as we have a number of warehouses where different products are shipped from and also some products will ship faster than other depending on size and weight. If this is important to you please send an email to support@justbabybliss.com with your order number for more information.

Q) Can i get a refund on a product?

A) It depends on the situation. If you've just changed your mind then we can't offer a refund. If the product is damaged, faulty, or not the product you ordered then we can offer an exchange, a refund of a store credit. Contact support@justbabybliss.com though for more details on your specific situation.
